14 days, no questions asked
If Jiggle Mac isn't what you wanted, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You don't have to tell us why. We'll process it within a few business days.
How to request one
Email jigglemac@hotmail.com from the email address you used to purchase, with your order number or license key. We'll process the refund through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, back to the original payment method.
After 14 days
We can't guarantee a refund after the 14-day window, but if there's a real bug we haven't been able to fix, write to us anyway — we'd rather have a fair user than a held-hostage one.
License after refund
When a refund is processed, your license key is deactivated. The app will fall back to its locked state on next launch.
