By purchasing or using Jiggle Mac, you agree to these terms.

License

A purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Jiggle Mac on Macs you personally own. The license is tied to your purchase email and license key.

Acceptable use

You agree not to redistribute, resell, decompile, or reverse engineer Jiggle Mac, except to the extent permitted by applicable law. You agree not to extract, redistribute, or modify the bundled audio or character assets.

Payment and billing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay; any applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy.

No warranty

Jiggle Mac is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any damage to your MacBook resulting from striking it with more force than the app requires.

Updates and discontinuation

We will provide updates at our discretion. We may discontinue the product, but if we do, your existing installations will continue to function.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current revision.
